Dan Cooper has provided leadership in the development of analytical testing and environmental consulting services since 1974.  His experi­ence encompasses investigation, testing and analysis, remedial design, abatement monitoring, and permitting services.  He specializes in the fields of air pollution and water pollution control, industrial hygiene, and environ­mental management.

John Holley has provided environmental consulting and testing services for more than 25 years.  John’s expertise includes all phases of asbestos and lead consulting services from site investigation to remediation design and implementation. Other areas in which Mr. Holley has substantial experience include analytical testing, indoor air quality studies, industrial hygiene testing, environmental assessments and environmental project management.

Norm Raderer, P.E.
Senior Project Manager

Norm has more than 30 years of experience as an engineer and has managed projects throughout numerous industries and in the military. He has managed many site investigations and remediation projects, addressing environ­mental issues associated with underground storage tanks and industrial facilities. He has prepared several RCRA Part B permits and has been involved in the preparation of a number of Title V Air Permits. He is especially adept in providing Legal Investigative and Research Services. Norm is also skilled in negotiations with government agencies.

Scott Hardin has incorporated a varied and extensive work history into his role of Environmental Consultant. Drawing on 20 years of experience from working in the environmental industry, Scott provides a depth of knowledge and cost effective approach to environmental compliance issues.

Scott has substantial experience in environmental site investigations, asbestos management services, lead paint consulting services, analytical testing, remedial design and implementations, OSHA compliance services, indoor air quality studies, legal investigative and research services and environmental management of hundreds projects.

Mr. Welsh has over five years of experience working in the environmental industry and is accomplished in performing Phase I and II Environmental Assessments to facilitate real estate transactions on a wide variety of property types, ranging from gasoline stations and hazardous waste sites, to hospitals and schools.

Nick is a senior environmental microbiologist with extensive experience in indoor air quality assessments, and he is an integral part of the Micro-Analytics team. Combining his degree in biology with extensive field experience and formal technical training, he has become a dynamic leader in the expanding fields of indoor air quality investigations, mold investigations, and mold identification.

Chris Hartlage manages the Abatement Services Division of Micro-Analytics, providing asbestos and lead abatement activities as well as mold remediation services for clients throughout the country.  Chris and his staff have tackled some of the most complex abatement/remediation projects for schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial and industrial properties.
